Who is She?

I am Jayde. I am a wife, a mom, a daughter, a sister, a friend. I am also a 

'liker of things " and if you are South African you will know what that means.  I am also realistic that in today's economy, being a liker of things can be almost impossible. I have always been a searcher of bargains, and specials. I have a deep love of finding things at great prices. I enjoy nice things without having to break the bank or live beyond my means. 

After 10 years in a job I was not passionate about anymore , my amazing husband and I decided it was time for me to take a leap of faith in April 2022 and find my passion. This is the journey to figuring out what exactly that is. I used to think t was a lot of different things that I now no longer care about. 

My social media and blog will be all things I find useful , helpful and fun along the way. I share recipes, deals, tips tricks and anything I find that makes my life easier, more affordable or simply just fulfills my liker of things soul. If i think others can also benefit I will always sure. I am no gate keeper.

By no means am I one of those aesthetically pleasing Blog/ vlog housewife SAHM ... I live and thrive in my relatable chaos and I share it because I got so tired of seeing these posts and videos where these Stay home moms have perfectly clean house all the time. Where their kids eat only what is healthiest for them, where they drive perfectly clean cars. they have their nails and hair done perfectly all the time. It is not realistic for everyone and in no way relatable. I put out what I wish i could see more of. The real, the honest and the relatable.
